Time is money. Keep more of both.
Posts, updates, renewals and the same customer questions every week. Virtucom handles the digital work that fills your day, and you decide what to do with the time you get back.

What you get back
The recurring digital work moves to Virtucom. Your part becomes a few minutes a week.
Where the hours go
- Posts you meant to write on Tuesday.
- A plugin update that broke the contact form.
- Hosting, domain and certificate renewals, each on its own date.
- The same three customer questions, answered by you, again.
- A review that sat unanswered for a week.
- A mailbox that filled up over the weekend.
What Virtucom takes over
- Posts go out on a schedule, in your voice, with your photos.
- Updates, patches, backups and renewals happen without a reminder.
- Customer questions get answered around the clock, from material you approved.
- Reviews get invited, and replies are drafted for your approval.
- You skim for a few minutes a week. That is your part.
One monthly fee. Everything handled.
What comes with each plan is on the plans page.
How it works
Onboarding takes about thirty days, and most of your part is in the first two weeks.
- Before you pay, a free search and AI-visibility audit of your current site. If it says you are in decent shape, we say so.
- We start from your own material: your site, your posts, your policies, your rate sheet, the way you answer the phone. Your voice is built from what you already have.
- You approve the voice on sample posts, articles and replies. Nothing publishes before that.
- A person stays in the loop. Anything about a customer is drafted for your approval rather than sent on its own.
- Then it runs. After the voice is approved, your part is a few minutes a week, skimming and occasionally editing.
Who does the work
Virtucom is not an AI company. We are a managed services company. Twenty years of this work, the managed service since 2012. We use AI where it genuinely helps, like answering customer questions, drafting social posts and publishing articles, but fixed processes do most of the work and a human team runs all of it. You get a complete digital operation handled by one accountable team, not a stack of disconnected apps.
And there is a person you can call. How the managed service runs.
What it costs
About what a single app subscription costs.
$195a month, to start
Plans start at $195 a month. One bill replaces hosting, renewals, security plugins and freelance maintenance. The plan is meant to reflect what you actually need, so as your business changes, the scope is adjusted with you, by agreement.
Your data stays yours
The domain, the site and the mailboxes stay in your name.
- The domain is registered in your name, the site is software you own, and the mailboxes are your accounts.
- What we hold is deleted on a written clock, and it is never sold. Not your data, and not the data of your customers.
- If you leave, for any reason or no reason, you get a complete migration package within 30 days.
Do the math

Questions people ask
What owners ask before they hand this work off.
How do I get more time back as a small business owner?
Hand off the work that repeats: the posts, the site updates, the hosting and renewals, the customer questions. With Virtucom, most of your part lands in the first two weeks of onboarding, and it is mainly you reacting to samples rather than producing anything. After the voice is approved, most clients spend a few minutes a week skimming and occasionally editing.
Who keeps my website updated and secure?
A team does, on a schedule. Hosting is managed and monitored. Security covers hardening, login lockout, a daily scan and SSL. Backups run nightly and are kept off the machine. Domain renewals are watched. That is in every plan, starting with the first one.
What does a managed digital service include?
Your website designed, hosted, secured and kept current, on WordPress you own. Content and social publishing that keeps happening whether or not anyone remembers. Customer response at any hour, from your own material. Support with a person behind it. Which pieces come with which plan is on the plans page.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. Your part is approving samples once, then sending photos or news when you want them used, and skimming for a few minutes a week. The site is WordPress you own, so it is yours to open whenever you like.
How fast can it start?
Onboarding takes about thirty days, and most of your part is in the first two weeks. Before you pay anything, you get a free search and AI-visibility audit of your current site. If it says you are in decent shape, we say so.
Is a person involved, or is it all automated?
A team runs the account. The judgment calls, the escalations, the review replies and anything unusual are handled by a person who knows your brand. The recurring work runs on schedule, on tools built for it. Nothing is forgotten, and the people spend their time where it takes a person.
What happens if I want to stop?
You leave with everything. The domain is in your name, the site is software you own, the mailboxes are your accounts. Within 30 days you get a complete migration package, and we help you move.
